Tools provided on this platform — including listings, AI screening, secure messaging, document sharing, offer tools, and calculators — are provided solely for user convenience and do not constitute any professional service.
2. Not a Licensed Broker
BizSource.ai and NexLvel LLC are NOT licensed business brokers, real estate brokers, or agents in any jurisdiction. We do not hold and do not claim to hold any broker, dealer, or intermediary license.
Listing on BizSource.ai does not constitute broker representation. Brokers who list on BizSource.ai do so independently and are solely responsible for their own licensure and professional obligations. BizSource.ai does not supervise or take responsibility for any broker using this platform.
3. Not a Financial or Legal Advisor
Nothing on BizSource.ai constitutes financial advice, legal advice, investment advice, or tax advice. All content is for general informational and educational purposes only.

AI-generated buyer and tenant profiles on BizSource.ai are based on self-reported user data. These profiles are informational only. They are NOT: verified financial assessments, credit checks, background checks, legal certifications of buyer capability, or guarantees of any outcome.
Sellers who use AI screening do so at their own risk. AI screening does not replace independent due diligence. BizSource.ai makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated profiles.
6. NDAs, LOIs & Agreements — Not a Party
BizSource.ai provides tools that allow brokers to upload NDAs and allows users to exchange LOIs and documents. BizSource.ai is NOT a party to any NDA, LOI, purchase agreement, lease, or any other legal document created, exchanged, or executed through this platform.
BizSource.ai does not draft, review, validate, or take legal responsibility for any NDA or agreement. All agreements are the sole responsibility of the parties who execute them.

7. Listing Accuracy — Not Verified

Buyers are solely responsible for verifying all material facts through independent due diligence, including financial review by a licensed CPA. BizSource.ai is not liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent listing information.
8. Valuation Tool — Estimates Only
The BizSource.ai valuation tool provides automated estimates based on user-provided data and general industry multiples. These estimates are NOT certified appraisals, are NOT prepared by licensed appraisers, and should NOT be relied upon for any financial or legal decision. For certified valuations, engage a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) or Chartered Business Valuator (CBV).

All financing information, lender listings, and loan calculators are for general educational purposes only. BizSource.ai is NOT a lender, mortgage broker, or SBA-approved lender. We do not offer loans or facilitate loan origination. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BizSource.ai, NexLvel LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of this platform, violation of these terms, inaccurate listing information, or any transaction entered into through or as a result of this platform.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIZSOURCE.AI AND NEXLVEL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THIS PLATFORM, INCLUDING LOSSES FROM BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS, RELIANCE ON LISTING INFORMATION, AI SCREENING RESULTS, VALUATION ESTIMATES, OR FINANCING INFORMATION.
BizSource.ai's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed subscription fees paid by that user in the 3 months preceding the claim.
